Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing the Treesable website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Treesable is operated by Acrypt, Denmark.

2. The service

Treesable is an iOS application currently available as a beta through Apple TestFlight. The service includes:

• ·AR-powered tree diameter (BHD) measurement
• ·AI-based tree species identification
• ·Eco-benefit calculations (CO₂, O₂, water interception, economic value)
• ·GPS-tagged tree inventory collection

As a beta product, features may change, be unavailable, or contain errors. We appreciate your patience and feedback.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to join the Treesable waitlist or use the app. By using Treesable you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Accuracy of measurements

Treesable provides AR-based measurements and AI-generated identifications as estimates. Results are intended as professional aids, not as legally binding or certified assessments. Always verify critical measurements with appropriate instruments and qualified professionals. Acrypt accepts no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of Treesable output.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• ·Use Treesable for any unlawful purpose.
• ·Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the app or API.
• ·Submit false or misleading information to the waitlist.
• ·Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Treesable website and app — including the name, logo, design, code, and copy — is owned by Acrypt and protected by Danish and international copyright law. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of it without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Treesable is provided "as is" during the beta period. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the beta is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Danish law, Acrypt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Treesable. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which during the free beta period is zero).

9. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Treesable at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for such changes.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
